Day 2

This was the most impacted day since we've been back. It was real and dealt with about every situation/fight/argument/disagreement we've had since he has been home. Jono finally came to realization that things were different when he got back. I was different I was independent where before he left I wasn't. I did it all and liked it that way... I liked to be able to chose what we ate for super and not have to worry about anyone else. I loved being able to run to target or the grocery store whenever and buy whatever. I liked being able to pack up for the weekend and go to my parents all weekend and stay.
I.Changed. He changed. Things changed. We basically learned to live with out each other and had to relearn how to live with each other.

Sad but true. They touched on every point. Even things we didn't even think we had problems with they made us realize wow that is why I'm cranky because I need that in my life and I'm not getting that. It was such a great weekend. Here are some more pictures from the second day via Gary and Barb Roseberg's Facebook page!

  1. Nicole, I just want you to know that I know how hard a struggling relationship can be. In some ways I feel like I am reading my own words. But I am just so proud of you for staying strong and fighting for your marriage. One piece of advice that was given to me a few years ago was that no matter how my partner is treating me, I still have to treat him the way the Bible calls me to; in a loving and respectful way- even if they're not doing their part. Much easier said than done! :) You're so lucky that you have resources like this! I'll be praying for you guys! :) I'm excited to see you in a few weeks!
